• jl10 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or for regulatory compliance purposes.

jl10 maintains the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request and provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the check is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits and withdrawals at jl10 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl10 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified on the Deposits page.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within the same business day;
• Withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process;

jl10 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;

• jl10 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control;
• jl10 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may take the platform offline for maintenance without prior notice;
• jl10 does not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, though reasonable measures are taken to ensure platform security.

jl10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jl10.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl10 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws in its handling of player information. Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. jl10 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jl10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
